How to Return or Exchange

Log into your customer dashboard at the Account page.
Navigate to your orders, select the order you wish to return, and click **Request Return**.
Choose whether you want to **Exchange for a different size** or receive a **Refund**.
Once approved, a reverse courier pickup will be scheduled. Keep the items packed securely with the original tags and invoice intact.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
Original brand tags, packaging, and invoice must be returned with the item.
For hygienic reasons, certain products like custom-tailored inner liners cannot be returned.

Refund Timelines

Once your package reaches our fulfillment centre in Surat and undergoes quality inspection (usually within 48 hours of arrival), we will process your refund.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking, UPI) within **3 to 5 business days**. For COD orders, we will request your bank details or UPI ID to transfer the funds securely.
